Configure the mobile app
The Mobile Configuration page lets you establish settings unique to the Calabrio ONE mobile app. The Calabrio ONE mobile app allows agents to:
- View their schedules
- Submit and manage most kinds of requests
- View and accept voluntary overtime and time-off events
- Receive push notifications (if they have the appropriate permissions for notifications in Calabrio ONE)
Prerequisites
- Your organization uses Calabrio ONE Cloud.
- Your organization is located in one of the following Calabrio regions. (Customers in other regions can contact their Calabrio account representative to request access to the mobile app.)
- US East
- US West
- Canada
- You have the Administer Tenant or Administer WFM permission.
- Your organization uses the Calabrio ONE mobile app.
- Agents have mobile devices with the following operating systems:
- iOS 8 and higher (typically iPhone 7 and newer)
- Android 8 and higher (typically Android devices from 2016 and newer)

Procedure
Configure request types
Set the types of requests that users see in the mobile app. By default, all request types are enabled.
- In the Configuration section, select the request types.
- Click Save.
